  • End Customers – Individuals who make payments, receive invoices, or otherwise interact with a Business User through Scout Pay. 
  • Visitors – Anyone visiting our website, viewing content, or engaging with Scout Pay outside of a registered account.

a. Information You Provide

  • Business Users: Name, business name, email, phone number, billing address, banking and payout details, tax identifiers, service menus, and login credentials. 
  • End Customers: Name, email, phone number, billing and shipping address, payment details (credit card, ACH, or other methods), and purchase history. 
  • Visitors: Information provided through forms, inquiries, newsletter sign-ups, or demo requests. 

 

b. Information Collected Automatically

  • Device Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers. 
  • Usage Information: Features used, pages viewed, time spent, login activity.

  • With Regulators & Authorities: When legally required, including tax authorities, courts, or law enforcement. 
  • With Affiliates & Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
